FAQs
1) Do you do custom and personalized orders?
We do accept custom orders on some items. Personalized pieces are not refundable.
2) Are the copper pieces made from solid copper?
Our copper jewelry is made from sheets of solid copper. We don't use any plated copper in our work.
3) My skin is turning green from the copper and/or sterling. Is this normal and what should I do?
Lotions, moisture, water and/or a higher skin acidity can cause the copper in both our solid copper and sterling pieces to turn the skin green in some, not all. If this happens, I recommend costing the inside of your jewelry with clear nail polish. This should prevent the green for occurring.
4) How should I clean my jewelry?
Our metals are in their natural state, so they will tarnish. Find great cleaning info using the below links:

5) How do I determine my ring or bracelet size?
If you are unsure about your ring or wrist size, use a fabric measuring tape to measure the circumference of your finger or wrist. If you don't have a fabric tape, you can use a piece of string, wrap it, mark it and measure its length with a ruler. In your order, include that measurement and I'll take it from there.
For bands, it’s highly recommend that you provide a ring size, since the bands are not adjustable once made.
6) I ordered the wrong size. Can you resize it for me?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, contact me and we will workout resizing your piece. Resizing is a quick process and can usually be completed the day I receive the piece.
7) Who pays for shipping in the event of a return?
Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
8) My item was damaged in transit. What do I do?
If your item was damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to contact me within 2 days of delivery. Please send photos of the packaging that clearly shows how it arrived. Please send photos of the product that show the damage. Items damaged by the customer are not refundable.
9) Allergies
Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. We cannot guarantee that our products are totally free of ingredients that may cause an allergic response in individuals who are sensitive and react to the ingredients in our products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals prior to making a purchase.
